The Board of MSF-Germany seeks to co-opt a person with significant experience in senior management and leadership of large business, public or non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

In the Berlin office of MSF-Germany, over 360 employees work in different departments. Diversity, open-mindedness and mutual respect are of particular importance to our organization.

The Board sets the strategic directions and oversees the executive management, ensuring accountability for the organization’s work and the implementation of the statutes. The executive management of the German section is delegated to the General Director, who is appointed by the Board of MSF-Germany.
